- A €500 (euros) non-refundable deposit must be received by April 30, 2024.
- A non-refundable application fee of 30 euros is required upon signing up.
- The remaining balance is payable by May 31, 2024.
If the balance remains unpaid, Todi Vocal Arts reserves the right to cancel your application and retain any deposit paid.
In the event of cancellation, this must be made in writing to Todi Vocal Arts and any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt.
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees on the balance as follows:
- Before June 31, 2024: 50% payable
- After June 31, 2024: 100% payable
We strongly advise all our guests to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover any eventuality that might prevent them from traveling.
Todi Vocal Arts reserves the right to cancel or modify the summer program at any time.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide the program, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative course.
By signing up to the program:
- You certify that you are sufficiently physically fit to participate in the activities organized by Todi Vocal Arts, and have not been advised not to participate in them by a qualified medical professional. You certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems that preclude your participation in any of the Todi Vocal Arts activities.
- You waive, release, and discharge Todi Vocal Arts and its staff, from any liability, including but not limited to liability arising from any negligence or fault, for your disability, personal injury, death, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from Todi Vocal Arts’s establishment.
- You forfeit all right to file a suit against Todi Vocal Arts for any reason. You will also make every effort to comply with any safety precautions expressed in writing and explained to you verbally. You will ask for clarification when needed.
- This Waiver and all matters arising from it are governed by Italian law. The Court of Perugia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or matter which may arise in connection with this waiver.
- The €500 deposit is not refundable, and to protect yourself from any eventuality that might prevent you from traveling, you have been strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
